It is little bit late to be replying to this query, but, on YouTube, search for “advaita academy”. They have spoken Sanskrit classes (in two playlists) worth 250+ hours and counting. It is taught in English. Their exercises do lots and lots of repetitions to nail down the concepts. I have so far listened to 113 lessons. Here is the link to first playlist (lessons up to about 169). You should be able to find the second playlist youself.

You can also buy a 30 DVD set (120 lessons of 30 minutes each) of spoken Sanskrit from Rashtryia Sanskrit Sansthan ( It is pretty cheap. They are nice and taught In classroom style setting. This does not have as much repetition of exercises as the series from Advaita Academy. It is taught mostly in Sanskrit. I have this DVD set. You can get a feel for their style from this playlist of few of those lessons on YouTube

That is about 320 hours worth of lessons in spoken Sanskrit, enough to get anyone started.

      Hope this helps.
